Building Sector workmanship;
The ECoS advocacy focus includes several key issues based on member priority concerns. We leverage our relationships and memberships with numerous strategic sector stakeholders, to support the pursuit of our advocacy objectives.
In addition, we collaborate with several organizations such as District NGO fora with sector influence, strategic intelligence and a shared interest for joint approach.

Contributing to the development of legislation and policy;
ECoS actively promotes the community perspectives, and ensures inclusion and consideration in policy and legislation through strong relationships with:


  • the District Community Development Office
  • the District Health Office
  • the District Education Office
  • the District Water Office


We implement programs that promote community Health including disease prevention and treatment as well as care and support through referral.
Areas of focus include but are not limited to malaria, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, maternal health and sexual and reproductive health. Others are family planning, nutrition, substance abuse, water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) and non-communicable diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, mental health, cancers.

ECoS provides scholastic materials to disadvantaged children and distributes sanitary pads for girls.
